gorgeous cabins in the most picturesque setting! incredibly spacious and we loved eating breakfast or enjoying a late night beer on our back deck area. walkable to the visitor center or campground amphitheater where they have nightly ranger talks. beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very well laid out, and even have double sinks! the cabins have recently undergone renovation and they are very rustic modern, a fitting aesthetic! this is the best jumping off point for exploring the badlands.

Awesome campsite. I would book though the number rather than through the online site. Once there we were informed that the website had booked us for an RV sight (my husband and I were on motorcycles) 😂 the lady that checked us in sorted it out and got us a tent sight no problem! She was wonderful! The sight itself is awesome with great views and a bathroom and shower. The shower is quarter operated and costs about $1.25 for 10 min or so. There is a picnic table and perfectly flat ground for a tent! It was really lovely! The campsite is super close the the cedar pass lodge center where there are souvenirs, food water a restaurant etc. I’m ver impressed with this campsite and can’t wait to stay there again someday!

Very nice! Large, spotless cabin with 2 queen beds. We were very pleased with the accommodations! The view from the porch were perfect! Great view of the night skies with minimal light interference! Our 2 night stay was not long enough.

We’ve had a wonderful time at the Cedar Pass Lodge. The cabins were super clean, with beautiful views, so close to the Visitors Center and all the trails. We enjoyed nightly program with rangers at the amphitheater and food from the cute cafeteria next door. I’m so glad we stayed in the park, it was so convenient to get to all the trails. I highly recommend Cedar Pass Lodge if you are planning a trip to Badlands!

We loved our cabin and wished we had stayed longer than two nights! The staff was friendly during both checkin and checkout. The food was good. Much better than some of the reviews I’ve read. We give the Indian taco two thumbs up. If you’ve never had one you should try it. Our only complaint is that the shower water in our cabin was on the cooler side and never really got hot. Not sure if it was because we were in a king duplex and shared a water tank with the neighbor or if the shower water temperature was regulated. The bathroom sink did have plenty of hot water though. We didn’t make a big deal about it… we just took very short showers.

The cabins were so pretty, clean, and quiet . The setting is awesome. Birds, owls, and rabbits right outside door. Beautiful views! Wonderful stay. TV wasn’t working but we didn’t need it. Went to ranger talk about stars at amphitheater and loved it. Good time.
